Thinkers desire a highly structured learning environment. They can comprehend information better when they have a steady, consistent routine. They want clear objectives and expectations and, when possible, they like instructions to be given in sequential, step-by-step order. Thinkers want to understand intent and appreciate pre-work. They enjoy classes where quiet, passive engagement can still lead to active learning. They like plenty of time to think over the tasks at hand independently before joining a group. When it comes to learning, they prefer a tidy and well-organized workspace for maximum productivity. 

LEADERSHIP PREFERENCE

Thinkers lead with strategy, detail, and organization. They appreciate structured meetings and scheduled agendas. Thinkers ultimately fall back on everything that they’ve learned and seen to lead for the future. 

They apply facts and logic, rely on experienced perspectives to assess consequences, and consider all sides of a problem. These preferences dare to pursue a grand vision or dream, and their success is gauged by a data dashboard, measurable variables,  and progress against the desired goals.
