They love playing an active listener role in meetings and will constantly bring positive energy to group dynamics.

They are problem solvers who lead with sensitivity and empathy. Harmonizers enjoy mentoring as a leader, and they listen to learn about other people’s personal experiences. They believe that humility in the service of ambition is the right mindset to do big things in a world of huge unknowns. They apply facts and logic, rely on experienced perspectives to assess consequences, and consider all sides of a problem.
